Rescol 2.1 Seismic application
for calculating soil-structure interaction and soil properties

Rescol calculates footing and foundation spring constants for ground-structure interaction for spread footings and mat foundations. The spring rates include all 3 degrees of translation and 3 degrees of rotation for rectangular and round spread footings and foundations. It also contains the option to include or exclude embedment parameters.

Rescol can develop seismic spectrums according to the Zeevaert, US Uniform building code (UBC) 1997, and International building code (IBC) 2000 - 2006 methods (e.g. ASCE 7-05 and later).
Rescol can determine the fundamental period of stratified soil when layer definitions (depth and density of each layer) are known from soundings and geological surveys.
This is a stand-alone application that is compatible with CADRE Pro. Import footing spring constants directly into CADRE Pro as spring boundary conditions on selected nodes or nodes of selected elements.
Rescol is provided in both English and Spanish.
